• Class Parents for 1L and 5E - class parents help coordinate events, volunteers and supplies for each classroom.

• CAS Reps for 3rd and 5th Grade - Creative Arts & Sciences (CAS) Reps (2 per grade) work with teachers to plan in-school enrichment programs and field trips.

• Yearbook Editor and Grade Level Reps - did you work on your high school yearbook? Do you love making photo albums for your family? Then volunteer to create Upham’s yearbook, a memento students will treasure for years.

• Wellesley Parade Coordinator - act as the Upham liaison to the town-wide parade committee, held in October.  Organize and encourage participation in the building of Upham’s float OR organise a group of students/family members to walk/scooter.  Foster involvement and enthusiasm for the parade among Upham families.

• Web Content and Social Media Manager - help keep the Upham PTO homepage and social media feeds current.

 

Committee Members for the following:

• Bingo Night - help organize this annual evening of fun.  Secure the space and tables, borrow the BINGO machine and cards, buy prizes, organize refreshments, etc. 

• Talent Show - provide students the opportunity to show off their talents by organizing Upham’s annual Talent Show, held in the spring.

• Community Service – coordinate supply drives for organizations like Cradles To Crayons.

• Field Day – help plan our fun Field Day/End of Year celebration in June.

• Spelling Bee - be a part of our town-wide spelling bee, an evening of fun that raises money for the Wellesley Education Foundation.

• Green Team - help identify, resource and/or support initiatives that help raise awareness within the Upham community of the importance of making  environmentally sustainable choices.
