LOGIN INFO

This parents tab is a secure tab.  In order to access the information under this tab, you must login. 

To login, use the Login/Sign up button at the top of the page.  This button can be used to login or to sign up.  The button brings up the login page.  If you need to sign up, please click on the "don't have an account? sign up" link at the bottom of the login page to sign up.

If you need to sign up (you have never logged in and have not been given login information), please go to the sign up page and enter your email and a password.  The site administrator will receive a request for access and, if appropriate, will approve your access.  When you are approved, you will receive an email that says you are now a site member.  You can then use the Login/Sign up button to login.  Login with your email and the password you typed in when you signed up.  If you do not remember the password you used when you signed up, you can reset it. 

If you have logged in before or have been given login information, login on the login page.  Again, if you do not remember your password, you can reset it. 

Possible error messages:

1. On the Sign up page: An account with this email already exists

If you do not remember signing up or being given login information and you try to sign up but the site tells you that an account with this email already exists, please go to the login page.  Do this by clicking on the "already a member? login" link. Try to login.  If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. 

2. On the Login Page: Wrong email or password

If you get this message, try to reset your password.  If the email you entered was correct and the password was incorrect, the site will email you a link to reset your password.  If the email you entered was incorrect, when you try to reset your password, the site will say unknown user.  If this happens, try another email.  If it still does not work, contact the PTO website coordinator

3. On the Login Page: Your member request is awaiting approval

If at any time you receive a message that your member request is awaiting approval and more than 2 weeks have passed since you tried to sign up, please contact the PTO website coordinator
